For us, sustainability begins right on our doorstep. Herbs and vegetables thrive in our organic garden and are freshly prepared by our kitchen team. Our bees provide the honey for breakfast. This is how we create moments of enjoyment that bring a connection to nature and mindfulness to the table.
We also value proximity and quality in our partnerships. We work closely with regional producers, focusing on short transport routes and seasonal variety. This creates a culinary experience that not only tastes good, but also takes responsibility for today and tomorrow.
